Comics und Corona – Diamond und die Comics für den 20. Mai

Der Plan von Diamond, am 20. Mai wieder Comics in die Shops zu bringen, konkretisiert sich. Newsarama hat nun eine Liste veröffentlicht die ein Shop Besitzer auf Twitter gepostet hat (siehe weiter unten).

Trotzdem hat Diamond noch nicht bestätigt das sie dann tatsächlich ausliefern können.

Zudem gab es eine Live Fragerunde mit dem Chef von Diamonds Muttergesellschaft Steve Geppi wo er auf die finanzielle Situation angesprochen wurde. Er versicherte das Diamond, obwohl sie einige Mitarbeiter in Zwangsurlaub schicken musste, finanziell stabil wäre und das mit den Banken entsprechende Vereinbarungen getroffen wurden.

Zudem stelle er klar das er es auch als Aufgabe von Diamond sieht die Händler vor Ort zu unterstützen wenn das Geschäft wieder anläuft, was wohl Erleichterung der Zahlungsmodalitäten bedeuten dürfte oder eben Stundungen.

Derweil hat auch DC einige Hefte für die nächsten beiden Dienstage angekündigt an denen jetzt die Läden von den beiden neuen Distributoren beliefert werden sollen.
